Phottix G-Capsule Multi-Function Softbox 105cm
The Phottix G-Capsule is the world’s first all-in-one multi-function EZ-up modifier, offering photographers unparalleled versatility. Combining a traditional softbox with a shoot-through umbrella lantern and a patented magnetic gel system, the G-Capsule is designed to provide exceptional lighting control and creative possibilities. Whether you’re using it as a softbox with double diffusion or as a beauty dish, the G-Capsule delivers a range of lighting effects. You can also achieve omnidirectional lighting by adding the included lantern diffuser. The G-Capsule is available in 8 different sizes and configurations, with an S-Type Bowens/Godox mount and optional mounts for Elinchrom and Profoto.
Versatile and Durable
The G-Capsule softbox is constructed with a black exterior and a white interior to ensure optimal light reflection. The lightweight yet sturdy fiberglass rods allow for quick folding, making storage easy. Each G-Capsule includes a standard white front diffuser and a lantern diffuser for a more expansive lighting effect. It also comes with a convenient carry bag for easy transport.
Eight Unique Designs
Available in eight shapes and sizes, including round, rectangular, strip, and deep parabolic variations, the G-Capsule offers an array of options to suit various shooting scenarios. It comes with an S-Type speedring for Bowens, Godox, and more. Separate speedrings for Elinchrom and Profoto are also available.
Magnetic Gel System
The G-Capsule features a magnetic filter holder and comes with four coloured gels (red, yellow, green, and blue), allowing you to change gels in seconds for creative lighting effects.
Heat-Resistant Materials
Made with high-quality, heat-resistant materials, the G-Capsule can withstand temperatures up to 120°C, and the gel filters can endure up to 130°C. This makes it ideal for use with powerful LED lights.
Unique Lantern Mode
When the lantern modifier is attached, the G-Capsule creates an even, broad wrap-around light. This mode is perfect for photography, videography, cinematography, live streaming, and event lighting, making the G-Capsule a perfect tool for hybrid photographers.
One-Push Unlocking System
The G-Capsule features an innovative “One Push” release system that allows for fast setup and teardown, improving efficiency during shoots.
